2 oz Plantation 3 Star Rum1 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer1/2 oz Simple Syrup (Bourbon) Flavored Muddle or crush fresh mint leaves at bottom of whiskey glass. Fill with ice. Pour rum, ginger beer and simple syrup over ice. Garnish with slice of lime.

3 oz Chandon & Moet Extra Dry 1/2 oz Gran Gala Orange Liqueur 1 oz Fever Tree Orange Ginger Ale Fill Highball glass to rim with Crushed or cube ice Gently pour Champagne into glass with Orange Liqueur and Fever Tree to follow.Garnish with Orange twist.
