TOUCH DOWN Super Cocktail

2 oz Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial Rose or LaMarca Prosecco Rose1 oz Komos tequila Agave1/2 oz Roses Peach Syrup1/2 oz Peach Nectar (Optional)1 tsp Gran Gala Orange Fill Champagne flute glass with crushed ice. Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker and shake and twirl gently. Pour into flute. Garnish with a slice of peach in flute and orange twist.

KICK OFF Super Cocktail

1.5 oz Bluecoat Dry Gin
1.5 oz Stirrings Blood Orange
1.5 oz Fever Tree Blood Orange Ginger Beer 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 dashes Orange All Bitters Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain pour into Highball or double old-fashioned glass. Or fill glass with ice and pour over ice into glass. Garnish with sliced orange or blood orange.

Blue Lightning Cocktail

2 oz Hpnotiq Liqueur1 oz Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka 1 oz Lemonade1 oz Fever Tree Club SodaGarnish with lemon slice and ice. Pour liqueur into fluted glass. Add Lemon vodka and fresh lemonade. Stir, then add club soda. Garnish with either lemon twist or wedge squeezed over cocktail. Serve with crushed or small cube ice. Recommended glass – fluted champagne or sparkling glass.

Zero to Sixty Cocktail

1 oz Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon1 oz Raspberry or Blackberry Liqueur(Cartron Crème de Cassis)2 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer1 tsp Cherry Juice Garnish with twist of orange peel and ice. Fill glass with ice.  Pour bourbon over ice, followed with liqueur and ginger beer. Stir and then add cherry juice.  Garnish with a twist of orange that can be squeezed over cocktail and ice.  Recommended glasses:  rock glass, old fashioned glass or whiskey glass.
