3 oz Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 tsp Lime Juice
3 oz Fresh Pineapple Chucks
* For extra rum flavor, add 1 oz Lyres Dark Cane Spirit N/A
Pour ingredients into blender mix for 2 minutes. Pour over ice into highball glass. Garnish with pineapple slice and cherry.
