2 oz Plantation 3 Star Rum
1 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
1/2 oz Simple Syrup (Bourbon) Flavored
Muddle or crush fresh mint leaves at bottom of whiskey glass. Fill with ice. Pour rum, ginger beer and simple syrup over ice. Garnish with slice of lime.
